Remx Staffing laid off the entire fax mail department who were working on an assignment with Changehealth-U. Leadership said that the MTO was mandatory time off with no pay. They had employees off work for 3 weeks saying that no one can apply for another job within the company because the assignments had not ended. They hired new employees for the same position offering them a $4 increase from the $14hrly the current staff was making to $18hrly. They emailed new hires to start training on 10/23/23. They texted the employees on MTO to return back to work on October 12th. A few came back but others quit. Then they called the new hires telling them weeks after they applied for the job to say the pay rate decrease from $18hrly to $14hrly. COMPANY IS A SCAM! The company leaders have no empathy for others or the adjustments put into place by other people to maintain work during these hard times. Angry employee
