    MAU is hiring a Customer Service Technician in Augusta, GA. As a Customer Service Technician, you will support maintenance, warehouse operations, and project management activities to ensure exceptional service delivery, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. This is a cross-functional role that combines technical, logistical, and customer-facing responsibilities. This is a direct-hire opportunity.
