In late November 2016, the sign in front of the engineering and office headquarters building at the I-69 at the Pendleton, IN exit was changed from the Remy International Corp.
2017 January 5: Acquisition of French single malt whisky Domaine des Hautes Glaces
As of 2017, ERTL Combustion, EPMC LLC, and 3B Construction Solutions, American Playground, IPM Machining, JDW Towing, Aqua Marine, and Ellis Enterprises were all tenants in the facility.
2020 The Rémy Cointreau Group acquires the Maison de Cognac J.R. Brillet in May and the century-old champagne House J. de Telmont in October.
