Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls with assigned Contractor partners, to drive financing applications and signed assessment contracts.
Provide program support and conduct online trainings to assigned Contractors, including Management, Office Staff and Sales Representatives.
Build customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding established Client Satisfaction survey target goals.
Support client team initiatives and requests while proposing value added services to help drive volume.
Collaborate with the Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure best in class client tools, support, and programs.
Minimum Requirements (candidates not possessing the following will not be considered)
3-5 years of Sales experience working in the Financial Services, HVAC, solar, Energy Efficiency and/or home improvement industries.
Extensive prospecting, inside sales and client relationship management experience with the proven ability to establish lasting business relationships.
Strong understanding of consumer finance products.
Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Google Docs, Gmail, Mac OS and/or PC.
Superior verbal and written communication skills; data entry experience with strong attention to detail is required.

Technology Risk Management (TRM) is responsible for setting strategic direction in the areas of IT Risk and Information Security. Your Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for security detection content used by Cyber Monitoring Incident Response Team in support of established security monitoring requirements.
To define and enhance cyber monitoring capabilities for the organization, maintain security alert definition portfolio for all systems and application use cases, and translate security monitoring requirements into relevant cyber security alerting.
Maintain security by monitoring and ensuring compliance to standards, policies and procedures, conducting incident response analyses, developing and conducting training programs.
Perform analysis of historical security alerts and incidents for further improvement or modification of use cases to ensure alert precision and low false positive rate.
Provide support for the Cyber Monitoring Incident Response Team for forensic analysis of network packet captures, Domain Name System (DNS), proxy, NetFlow, malware, host-based security, and application logs, as needed during active investigations.
Support the preparation of reports that goes out to customers and senior management.
Participate in remediation and alignment meetings with IT teams.
Conduct testing on the effectiveness of host and network-based security monitoring controls.
Researches and understands a wide variety of information systems and new technologies.
Perform quality assurance on the data consumed by security monitoring controls.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of related experience
Degree in Computer or Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Information Science or equivalent hands-on work experience.
Solid understanding of the Cyber Kill Chain, MITRE ATT&CK Framework and campaign strategies.
Solid understanding of common security technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, threat analytic platforms, SIEM, Database monitoring platforms, host based and network based forensic tools, email gateways, web proxies/filtering end point anti-virus, etc.).

The Impact you will have in this role:
The Development family is responsible for creating, designing, deploying, and supporting applications, programs, and software solutions. May include research, new development, prototyping, modification, reuse, re-engineering, maintenance, or any other activities related to software products used internally or externally on product platforms supported by the firm. The software development process requires in-depth domain expertise in existing and emerging development methodologies, tools, and programming languages. Software Developers work closely with business partners and / or external clients in defining requirements and implementing solutions. The Software Development Engineer In Test (SDET) role encompasses automation development and execution, functional, and non-functional testing. The SDET role specializes in the design, development, execution, and maintenance of automated tests to ensure the quality of software products. Partners with team members to understand software requirements and implement automated tests that validate the functionality while considering privacy and security requirements
Your Primary Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain automated test scripts for APIs, UI and backend services
* Implement and enhance existing test scripts to support regression and integration testing.
* Design test cases based on user stories and requirements.
* Performs system integration and automated testing for new or updated applications.
* Identify, log and resolve defects using tools such as Jira or similar.
* Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, Bitbucket, etc.)
* Stay ahead of with new software testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
* Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
* Participate in story refinement and sprint planning ensuring complete understanding of the functionality requested.
* Collaborates well within and across teams.
* Communicates openly with team members and others.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 4 years of related experience
* Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
* Hands on experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, TestNG, etc. as well as CI/CD technologies (e.g. Cloudbees, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Cucumber, Git, JUnit, Jira etc.).
* Strong experience with automated testing.
* Hands on with backend test automation using Rest Assured/Karate for API testing.
* Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, etc.).
* Knowledge of Databases and SQL preferred.
* Solid understanding of databases with the ability to write and optimize SQL queries.
* Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies, and experience working in onsite/offshore coordination models.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
* Stays current on the changes in their area and seeks out learning opportunities to maintain up-to-date knowledge.
