What You'll Do Day-to-Day
As a Commercial Technician, you'll take the lead in building and assembling commercial units and accessories using current drawings and specifications. You'll be involved in every step of the process - from materials and assembly to testing and quality - ensuring our products meet RenewAire's high standards.
Assemble commercial units and accessories accurately and efficiently
Inspect work during assembly and complete required quality documentation
Read and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and build instructions
Use hand tools, power tools, and machine tools safely and correctly
Meet build schedules and estimated labor hours
Support insulation and production needs as required
Complete documentation such as non-conformance reports, part shortages, and engineering changes
Participate in cross-training and stay current on build processes
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Take initiative to solve problems and suggest improvements to processes, tools, and workspaces
Remain flexible and assist with other tasks as production demands change

Combustion Service Team Lead to ensure proper execution and delivery of technical support for
combustion related equipment. The goal is to provide satisfaction to end users, ensuring that the

Position Responsibilities
This position is responsible for but not limited to the preventive, predictive, corrective
maintenance, and troubleshooting of combustion systems. This job will primarily be performed
in the field, with limited work performed in a company setting.
Responsibilities
Ability to perform installation, start up, repair and tune up work on combustion systems and fuel trains.
Able to train other employee's on the operation of combustion systems and fuel trains.
Must be able to read and work from schematics.
Must have the ability and knowledge to trouble shoot systems with no schematic.
Diagnose malfunctions of equipment to determine cause and appropriate corrective action.
Will need to perform preventative maintenance tasks according to established protocols.
Competency to conduct a complete combustion analysis, determine drafting, and make recommendations to optimize burner control systems.

Functional knowledge of all BCS, BMS,and CCS systems, DCS, PLC based or Honeywell 7800 and Fireye.
General PLC programming knowledge.
Understanding of NFPA 54, NFPA 58, NFPA 70, NEC and UL requirements.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Must be willing to travel nationwide to customer sites. This may involve multiple overnight stays.
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to be able to move about the facility (standing, walking, kneeling) andcustomer sites, varying by location.
Frequently lifts, carries or otherwise moves and positions objects weighing up to 60 pounds
Occasionally required to work in elevated areas.
Exert force of 50-100 lbs. occasionally and 25-50 lbs. frequently, 10-20 lbs.constantly.
Personal Protective Equipment:
Must comply with company safety and PPE requirements.
Must comply with customer safety and PPE requirements, as directed, varying by job-site location and task to be performed.
