Reporting to the Operations Manager or Warehouse Manager, the full-time Warehouse Loader position is responsible for assisting in warehouse activities including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance. This labor-intensive position loads bulk and route trucks, requiring attention around loading outgoing trucks and unloading incoming trucks. You will work from order sheets to build loads using a forklift and electronic pallet jack. You oversee accuracy in loading and complying with shipper/receiver documentation and follow warehouse instructions in building loads while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You may work across several weather conditions. We require lifting a very high volume of cases of product per day from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly during a long work period.

Sr. Deductions Analyst

The Senior Deductions Analyst is responsible for maintaining customer accounts in good standing through disputes management. Specifically, they resolve customer deductions in accordance with industry standards, customer policy and Red Bull business rules. This role will perform root cause analyses, manage dispute reason codes, secure deductions back-up documentation, submit vendor claims and place referrals to the appropriate Red Bull approval centers. In addition, they will look for root cause identification and elimination, automation opportunities and assist in development and implementation. This position will perform many of the same duties as a Deduction Analyst, but are distinguished by their quasi-lead responsibilities and by a higher level of technical knowledge which allows incumbents to act as an informational and training resource to the Deductions Team and to independently make decisions and exercise guidelines within assigned limits.

Ability to guide the management of complex organizational and people issues. In charge of employee relations, including investigations, employee counseling and documentation, and the termination process. ·
Partners with the Director of Sales & Distribution and Training & Development to identify regional training opportunities.
Partners with Talent Acquisition to manage the full life cycle recruiting, including participating in the regional management selection process. ·
Guide managers through the performance management process to maximize the achievement of business goals.
Ensure that evaluations and recommendations are completed timely and within guidelines.
Participate in monthly regional business reviews to present HR metrics and identify any areas of opportunity. ·
Coordinate all leave of absences, including ensuring proper documentation and notifications are processed through leave administration.
Works in conjunction with managers to establish short and long-term staffing strategies designed to deliver on key organizational metrics (i.e. cost per hire, time to fill, customer satisfaction, etc).
Provides training & education to management on the interviewing techniques, sexual harassment, and management basics.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree
Minimum 6 years of progressive Human Resources experience for a multi-site organization, with at least 3 years of strategic partnership experience supporting both a small corporate client group and a field operations client group
Track record of strong business partnership within a matrix environment: a strategic leader who takes initiative and ownership
Track record of cross-functional collaboration and adapting national strategies at a local/regional level
Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information ·
Experience in understanding and translating the priorities of the business and integrating the HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business
Collaborative partner who seeks to leverage others' expertise in pursuit of establishing best practices
Ability to influence and manage local and national initiatives
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement, performance, and retention

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $92,000- $140,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.

Reporting to the District Sales Manager, the Account Sales Manager's (ASM) primary function is to perform outside sales of product inventory while driving an assigned route of accounts. You will increase product sales and placement of product displays at all large and small format "off premise" stores. You will upsell inventory, cooler space, and product displays. The primary role of the ASM is to service all customers in a safe and productive manner, according to our Red Bull executional standards.

Manage products and relationships with the customer contacts for sale of our products at assigned Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) accounts
Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and look for ways to increase sales

Evaluate all competitors' activities such as new launches and price reductions

Increase inventory and diversity of products at each RBDC assigned account and improve in-store branding while delivering fresh product
