Definition
The Executive Vice President is responsible for providing senior leadership and strategic oversight of all Renewal, Inc. programmatic services to include community corrections residential work release, licensed inpatient and outpatient drug and alcohol services, licensed outpatient mental health services, re-entry services, and intake services. This individual will also provide oversight of Renewal, Inc. non-criminal justice related services to include the Pathway to Care and Recovery as well as Recovery Housing. The Executive Vice President will manage customer relationships, develop and carry out strategic goals, and identify business opportunities that align with the organization's vision and strategic plan. This individual will have the responsibility of ensuring the accessibility, effectiveness, quality, and compliance of all programmatic services in alignment with Renewal, Inc.'s mission and core values. The Executive Vice President will work closely with Renewal, Inc.'s Executive Management team and Board of Directors in regard to program planning and execution and will continually scan the environment for the betterment of organizational operations.

This position is responsible for supplying equipment and supplies necessary to maintain the cleanliness of Renewal, Inc. and Renewal Treatment, Inc. facilities and grounds. Individual will inspect and identify problems and determine best way to correct them. Individual will prepare documents in accordance with contractual and accreditation requirements in regards to reentrants and facilities. Responsibilities also include instruction of the reentrant population in the performance of their routine cleaning duties.

Definition This position is responsible for supervising the movement of offenders housed in a community corrections facility and in the community on a twenty-four-hour basis. This individual will maintain building security and offender accountability. Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining order within facility by enforcing rules and regulations, performing headcounts, search and seizure, urinalysis collection and testing, alcolyser screening, detaining offenders if necessary, offender processing, offender escorts, use of NIK Narcotics Identification System tests, and assisting with K-9 unit to complete searches of the facility. Community Correction Monitors will also be required to work closely with local law enforcement agencies including the Allegheny County Jail, Pennsylvania Department of Corrections and Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Must be comfortable working in an operational correctional facility.
This individual should operate with a high degree of the ethics. Ability to function in a team setting; Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time; Supervisory experience is highly desirable. Must be able to work well with people and have the ability to be assertive and remain calm in the event of a crisis and be capable of maintaining control in any given situation. Computer literacy is a must.
Work Schedule
6am-6pm OR 6pm-6am. Rotating weekend off.

Definition
The Recovery House Manager Care Manager is responsible for providing support and case management services to individuals residing in Renewal, Inc.'s sober living housing. This individual will work with residents to develop, implement and maintain a recovery plan, connect residents with various community resources to aid in their recovery and coordinates care with internal and external treatment providers. The Care Manager will monitor resident progress while they reside in recovery housing and ensure all residents are in compliance with program guidelines at all times. This individual will serve as an advocate for residents and their individual needs while at the same time promoting a positive recovery environment conducive to long-term sobriety through structure and accountability.

Education and/or Experience
The individual in this role must have a demonstrated understanding through lived experience of addiction treatment to include the 12-step program, treatment modalities, and recovery support systems. Proven skills in problem solving as well as research and computer skills necessary.
A minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalency and 1 year of experience working in a residential, human services, substance abuse or community support setting required. Experience working as a Certified Recovery or Certified Peer Specialist preferred. An Associates or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in the human services) or other related field preferred. Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and PA Act 33/Act 34 clearance required.
