Roy Guthrie was appointed to our board in 2012. He serves as a board member of LifeLock, Inc., OneMain Holdings, Inc. and Synchrony Financial. Guthrie is the former Executive Vice President of Discover Financial Services, a direct banking and payment services company, a position he held from 2005 to 2012. Guthrie was President and Chief Executive Officer of CitiFinancial International, LTD, a consumer finance business of Citigroup Inc., from 2000 to 2004, serving on Citigroup’s Management Committee throughout this period. Guthrie was also Chief Financial Officer of Associates First Capital Corporation from 1996 to 2000, while it was a public company, and he served as a member of its board of directors from 1998 to 2000. Guthrie holds a B.A. in Economics from Hanover College and an M.B.A. from Drake University.

As COO, Nick keeps the company on course ensuring that the technology platform delivers, the system implementation serves the unique needs of the business, and that the organization is allocating its resources as effectively as possible. He is a true information technology entrepreneur and has helped change the way scores of Global 1000 companies view and manage their IT organizations. Prior to co-founding Renovate America, Nick was the co-founder of Kintana, the company that commercialized the space of IT Governance to many of the world’s largest organizations. In 2003, Kintana was acquired by Mercury Interactive for $225 million. Nick received a BS in Applied Math/Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University, paying his way through college as a software developer for DataWorks, Inc., which he co-founded in Pittsburgh, PA.

Harold Lewis is a Chief Operating Officer at Citimortgage, Board Member at Rent-A-Center, and Chief Executive Officer at Renovate America. He has experience at FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION FANNIE MAE and has worked as Head at Citimortgage and President/COO at NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE HOLDINGS INC.. Harold attended University of Memphis.

I have more than 21 years’ experience building winning sales teams for new and established companies. My career has provided me broad experience in all aspects of sales, marketing, accounting, auditing, and financial management with direct experience with Print/On-line advertising, retail, start-up ventures and venture capital. I am interested in early-stage startups as well as companies “in transition\'.
