Finance background includes Fortune 500, Private Equity and start ups. Broad financial experience includes planning, forecasting, treasury, controllership, monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, managing internal and external audit processes, Sarbanes Oxley, accounting, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, recruiting, HR, capital projects, and domestic/international operations.

In addition, spent 4 years in residential real estate building a residential sales business in excess of $8M annually. Leveraged my financial background to help investors and homeowners maximize their real estate investments.

Steve Ko has an extensive and diverse background in corporate finance, accounting, and operations. In his career as chief financial officer, Steve has served as the key financial advisor to board of directors and executive management on corporate strategy, financial and risk management, and internal controls. He has managed all aspects of the finance functions, including treasury operations, financial and SEC reporting, investment management, capital markets, budgeting, and internal audit. Steve joined RenPSG as chief financial officer in 2000 and is a key member of the leadership team. He also is the Chairman and Treasurer of the Renaissance Charitable Foundation Inc. Prior to joining RenPSG, Steve was an associate managing director for an investment advisory firm where he was responsible for corporate finance engagements. He also was previously the chief financial officer for a large financial institution where he was responsible for the finance and capital market functions. Steve is a CPA and began his career as a computer-audit specialist with KPMG.
