Donato joined Rent the Runway from Bowery Farming, where he most built the operations team. During his time at Bowery Farming, they raised $150M, launched two farms and expanded distribution from five stores to more than 100 grocery outlets. Before Bowery, he spent seven years at Amazon in several operational roles, including leading the North American Customer Returns, Worldwide Fresh, Worldwide Pantry and half of the North American Fulfillment Network. His time at Amazon Fresh coincided with its largest US growth period. Earlier in his career, Brian ran operations for General Motors, Diebold and Moen.

Scarlett O'Sullivan will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer, making certain that Rent the Runway is well capitalized to support the company's growth and continues to deliver on its financial objectives. The company has received a total of $126 million in funding and boasts the largest dry cleaning operation in the country. Scarlett joined the SOFTBANK Group in 2007 and has 15 years of experience financing and advising growth technology companies. She focuses on growth stage investments in the areas of social, mobile, gaming, e-commerce, online advertising and cloud computing. She also leads U.S. investments for SoftBank China & India's Bodhi Investments fund, which focuses on early-stage investments in technology in Asia and the U.S. As Chief Operating Officer, Scarlett is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of the growth stage and Bodhi Fund activities. Previously, Scarlett was Head of the European Technology Services corporate finance group at Robertson Stephens in London, advising European IT, outsourcing, and information services companies in their IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements and M&A transactions. Scarlett also worked in corporate finance for Robertson Stephens in San Francisco and New York, covering the semiconductor/capital equipment and information services sectors.She started her career at Morgan Stanley. Scarlett received her MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University. Scarlett serves on the boards of HiTouch Healthcare, Punch Entertainment and The Savvy Source for Parents.
