Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Alaska. We are looking for a Car Rental Clerk to join our team. At Juneau Budget Rent a Car, our Rental Department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community.

Successful candidates must have excellent phone skills, a positive attitude and enjoy talking with people. Computer proficiency is required, as is a willingness to learn in a multi-tasked work environment. General automobile knowledge is preferred. Valid driver license with an acceptable driving record is required.

Job duties include determining customer vehicle needs by speaking directly with customers or working with them on the phone, maintaining a reservation schedule, verifying all customers information needed to obtain a rental, prepare vehicles for customer pick up, maintain customer information within our system and receipting payments for rental vehicles.
