She was responsible for growing revenue by 250% and 150% in these markets, respectively. As a result of this success, she moved into the role of Regional Director for the Eastern Region, managing nine markets by 1999.
In September 2003, Mayfield was promoted to Vice President of the Homes Division, where she oversaw 32 publications and doubled the division's revenue.
By December 2007, Mayfield was promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales over the entire RentPath portfolio.
Dhiren Fonseca was appointed President and CEO of RentPath in December 2020.
