Responsibilities:
Capable of demonstrating a working knowledge of problem solving, fault finding, and analysis using a range of standard practices and techniques.

Must have 5+ years of Equipment Maintenance experience and be willing to learn and perform maintenance in other areas of the Fab.
Training in the handling of hazardous chemicals, gases, and materials.
Associates degree in Electronics preferred.
Physical Demands:
Must be physically capable of standing/walking up to 12 hours per shift.
Ability to work in unusually warm or cold environments.
Frequently required to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, push, pull, and squat.
Must be able to maneuver in areas of confined width and height or space, working in or around cramped mechanical, electrical, and chemical hazardous workspaces.

Job Description
The Railcar RepairTechnician conducts all aspects of repair and maintenance on tank cars. This person must demonstrate good leadership and team skills while being a safety-conscious person.

Medical Equipment Technician
Medical Equipment Technicians are responsible for ensuring safe delivery, providing setup, and education in usage of home medical equipment for our customers. Setup is done in their home, long-term care setting, clinic or any location deemed necessary to service patients.
Job Duties:

Minimum Job Qualifications:

One (1) year of Military, delivery driver with sales component or health care technician experience would be

Valid and unrestricted driver's license in the state of residence

What you will be doing:
The Property Maintenance RepairTechnician is responsible for maintaining the functionality, safety, and appearance of four apartment complexes within Friday Day Harbor. This role ensures that maintenance and repair needs are promptly addressed, supporting tenant satisfaction and maintaining high property standards. Primary duties include conducting inspections, completing repairs, responding to emergencies, and managing work orders with accurate documentation. The Technician will also assist with pool maintenance (if applicable), uphold community relations, and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
· Perform minor and major repairs, including work on buildings, door locks, gates, plumbing, caulking, and pipes.
· Conduct inspections of vacated and occupied apartments to identify and address maintenance and repair needs.
· Replace light switches, thermostats, and appliance parts such as oven and water heater elements
· Maintain outdoor lighting fixtures and repair as needed
· Maintain and ensure the safety of swimming pools, where applicable.

Technicians will be required to bring equipment into the customers home, where they will set for extraction, drying, and decontamination, while Informing the Home owners of all the steps on the process. RESPONSIBILITIES will include:
*Speaking with the customer to explain job details, answer questions and ensure dry checks get scheduled.
*Work in small tight spaces; i.e. attics, or crawl spaces.
*Water extraction.
*Removal of damaged materials; i.e.: wet drywall, moldy drywall, carpet when applicable, floors of any material when applicable, Cabinetry when applicable, etc.
*Bag and haul debris out of the home and to the dump.
*Place drying equipment and perform dry checks for the following days of drying for that job.
*Smoke and odor removal when applicable.
*Fire damage clean ups.
*Biohazard clean ups.
*Equipment maintenance and up keep.
*Keeping work areas clean and presentable.
*Drive company vehicles while maintaining the laws of the road.
Experience with MICA and or other applications is a plus. WRT/ASD certifications are preferred but, not required for hiring.
