The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and automated systems to support efficient and uninterrupted production. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical background, with a proactive approach to equipment reliability and process optimization. Organizational Relationship: This position reports directly to the Maintenance & Facilities Manager Supervisory Responsibilities: None Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines (e.g., Engel, Milacron, etc..) and automation equipment (e.g., robotics, conveyors, pick-and-place systems). Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues in production equipment. After decades of practicing customer-centric service JFP added territories in Oklahoma, Kansas, and Arkansas with a second generation of the Teeter Family at the helm. During their tenure, Mickey and Martha Teeter formed a second company called Marmic to cover those areas outside of Joplin, MO Metro.
