Order parts and put comments in work order from the customers home
Finalize all billing notes from the customers home (symptom work performed - parts used labor amount)
Additional tasks, both within the scope of this position and outside of it, will be assigned and are expected to be completed within the agreed upon time frame.

Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of IT experience & strong in Java - Application and Web services
Preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in Java/J2EE, Web-services, Struts, Spring, JQuery/HTML5/CSS3
• Should be familiar with agile process and methodologies/change management process.
• Should have experience with J2EE, Web Services, Struts experience.
• Should have good Database Query hands-on experience
• Should have experience with Testing tools like Selenium and Rational
• Basic understanding of networking.
• Solid understanding of database concepts etc.
• Experience with testing tools like Selenium, Rational Performance Tester
• Flexibility to work in onsite/offshore model.
• Problem analysis, troubleshooting, resolution and closure of critical issues in a timely manner.
• Experience in providing Production support - Incident management, Defect Tracking etc.
• Proven ability to adapt your message to the technical level of the audience.
• Ability to apply technology, new features, functionality and concepts in solving problems and implementing solutions
• Excellent communication skill
• Experience in application design and architecture using Java frameworks
• Experience in Agile s/w development methodology
