Bonus Potential: This position has the potential of earning an annual bonus by the company when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year. As a Geek Squad Advanced Repair Technician (Agent), you'll work at our local Best Buy store to provide technology support and repair customers' computers and other devices. You'll provide excellent customer experiences by listening to their needs and partnering with other Geek Squad Agents. You'll perform repairs by troubleshooting and following our procedures. If you're passionate about technology and ready to leverage your technical abilities to help customers get the most out of their tech, this might be the perfect role for you.
