Maintenance Mechanic C We are currently seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for our manufacturing/bottling facility to maintain, fix, and improve equipment used in bottling and packaging operations. Employees are eligible for benefit election on day 1 of employment Responsibilities: Skills Required: Execute preventative maintenance (PM) according to PM schedule to minimize equipment downtime Complete reactive maintenance on production lines to recover from equipment failures by repairing mechanical, electrical, and structural components Complete machine tear down/repair and assembly and work on PLCs, VFDs, and electric motors Conduct creative problem solving to identify and perform equipment improvements Communicate, coach and train employees to continuously improve team's ability to prevent loss of production and respond safely to equipment failures Work with team members and operators to ensure the daily production schedule is met Communicate directly with equipment suppliers, contractors, and vendors as necessary Operate a forklift as needed to complete duties Qualifications: Requirements/Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience; additional technical training or certifications desired Two or more years of previous experience in an industrial manufacturing environment preferred Demonstrated sense of urgency in completing tasks and comfort working in a high-speed production environment Strong mechanical and electrical skills; PLC experience desired Solid computer skills, including the use of Word, Excel, Outlook Experience with CMMS or ERP systems preferred, SAP experience a plus Ability to work independently or with a team and communicate effectively Solid problem solving and decision-making skills Able to lift and pull 50 lbs as needed while performing work Must be able to do physical inspections of equipment that will require climbing, reaching, and extending arms overhead Ability to successfully complete an online skills assessment prior to onsite interview

Work Hours: Mon-Thurs 12PM-8:30 PM, Fridays 8-4:30 Install, repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment (i.e. Grease bearings, change belts, change oil, perform inspections, clean equipment). Position Summary The Sprinkler Technician Helper at Marmic Fire and Safety provides essential support in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems. This entry-level position assists experienced Sprinkler Technicians with various on-site tasks, including system setup, inspection, and troubleshooting.
