Install, replace, repair, clean and maintain all car wash related equipment at the lowest possible cost. Complete scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and service calls as well as site checks and inspections of carwash to ensure optimal operation for stores and customers. Responsible to perform monthly cleaning of in-bay and wash room equipment.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain all equipment and facilities in good working order. Troubleshoot, diagnose issues and make repairs to equipment in carwash according to established procedures to minimize parts usage.
2. Complete scheduled or assigned preventative maintenance or cleanings per scope of work and on schedule.
3. Communicate issues and provide feedback to the Car Was Field Support Manager regarding maintenance issues, facility/equipment opportunities and outside service vendor performance.
4. Utilize maintenance work order system to complete repair calls, close completed calls, enter resolutions for calls and update calls according to company policies and procedures. Complete assigned work by required deadline. Respond to high priority calls according to company guidelines.
5. Maintain company vehicle and adhere to all state/local/federal laws and company policies regarding operation of a motor vehicle.
6. Attend and participate in all work related meetings, scheduled inventories and training classes. Maintain all certifications as required by manufacturers and local/state/federal law.
7. Maintain truck inventory accurately and manage parts inventory according to company policy and procedures. Maintain assigned tolls according to company policy.

We continue to grow and are seeking a solution-oriented and customer-focused Part-Time Swimming Pool Technician to join our team. We are looking for people who can work two to three days per week on a regular schedule during pool season from (approximately) April to November. This can be a part-time additional job for someone who needs extra income, a retiree looking for part-time work that will keep you in shape, or a part-time job with aspirations of eventually working full-time.
The ideal person for this position will love to work outdoors. They will be a self -starter who has the ability to work independently with minimal oversight and guidance. They will handle all matters with integrity and embrace the concept and requirements of delivering "resort-quality service".
Responsibilities: Success in this position will be determined by the following measurable results:
Diagnose, repair and install pool pumps, heaters, salt systems, filters, lights, automated pool systems, chlorinators, backwash valves, PVC plumbing and iron piping.
Assist with pool-related projects, such as opening/closing, safety cover and vinyl liner installations, deck repairs, caulking and pool painting.
Properly stock supplies and chemicals on the truck and adjust the water chemistry for pools as needed.
Utilize a smart phone to provide internal and external reporting via our mobile software platform.
Spot opportunities outside of the repair call, such as upgrading other equipment or adding to the customer experience with other products.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:Requirements for this position are that you have:(1) a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preference 21 y/o or older);(2) the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.; and(3) a high school degree or equivalent.

Medical Equipment Technician
Medical Equipment Technicians are responsible for ensuring safe delivery, providing setup, and education in usage of home medical equipment for our customers. Setup is done in their home, long-term care setting, clinic or any location deemed necessary to service patients.
Job Duties:

Minimum Job Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalency

* One (1) year of Military, delivery driver with sales component or health care technician experience would be

* Senior level requires two (2) years of work-related experience and one (1) year of exact job experience.
* Valid and unrestricted driver's license in the state of residence
