In this onsite role you will be responsible for a variety of complex operations involving equipment assembly, component replacement, shipping/receiving and computer related tasks. How you will make an impact
Perform computer related tasks such as order entry, inventory transactions, and shipping paperwork.
Responsible for rental repairs including installing replacement parts to rebuild rental equipment.
Required to log equipment in and out of the system based on customer info provided.
Able to complete repair estimates for customer-owned equipment.
Communicate with the sales team to understand customer requirements.
Keep work area clean and perform all duties in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.

What you need to be successful in this role
Technical Aptitude: Must possess demonstrated technical aptitude, the ability to interpret drawing and specifications, and be mechanically inclined. Prior experience with equipment assembly and working with portable field machining equipment and various power tools is highly beneficial.
Self-Starting Initiative- Ability to learn quickly, be resourceful, work independently with minimal supervision, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Use an iPad for routing functions and parts/inquiries/ordering/charging/sending invoice on each appliance repair job.
Safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances in each appliance repair job.
Provide knowledgeable, courteous and professional appliance repair service.
Safely travel in an efficient manner to repair calls on a scheduled route.
Maintain a clean and organized truck, and a clean professional Mr. Appliance appearance.
Work variable and flexible hours.

Requirements of Appliance Repair Technician:
18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent learning
