JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Oversight and scheduling of service operations including routine services, breakdowns, and after-hours calls

Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of IT experience
Preferred
· At least 2 years of experience with Java/J2EE, Webservices, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA,JSP
· Should have understanding of UI frameworks like - Angular JS, JQuery. etc.
· Solid understanding of database concepts and hands on working knowledge in Oracle etc.
· Solid working knowledge of application servers like JBoss , Weblogic
· Working knowledge of Unix commands and Shell scripts
· Experience with testing tools like Selenium, Rational Performance Tester
· Flexibility to work in onsite/offshore model.
· Problem analysis, troubleshooting, resolution and closure of critical issues in a timely manner.
· Experience in providing Production support - Incident management, Defect Tracking etc.
· Proven ability to adapt your message to the technical level of the audience.
· Ability to apply technology, new features, functionality and concepts in solving problems and implementing solutions
· Excellent communication skill
· Experience in application design and architecture using Java frameworks
· Experience in Agile s/w development methodology
