Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining large industrial textile processing equipment, as well as facility maintenance. Tasks include start-up and shut-down procedures, electrical troubleshooting, maintaining and operating boilers, welding and cutting, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and other systems. This position reports to the Chief Engineer.

Essential Functions:
- Installs, repairs and performs preventative maintenance on industrial processing equipment, water levels, water systems and other equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoots electrical issues.
- Responds to daily maintenance requests in a timely fashion to minimize equipment downtime.
- Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment.
- Diagnoses problems, replaces or repairs parts, tests and makes adjustments.
- Looks for opportunities to continually improve maintenance processes.

Qualifications:
- Have and maintain a valid driver's license and driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding or other safety violations.
- Minimum of two years maintenance engineering experience with specific knowledge of machinery, electricity, electronics, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, welder and boiler applications.
- Proficient in the proper use of power and hand tools.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting ability of 3 phase 230 volt systems.
- PLC programming experience.
- Experience in carpentry, boiler repair, welding, and general facility repairs.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, ability to comprehend and follow direction, perform basic math, good time management
- Must be a team player with enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work well done; self-starter dedicated to continual quality improvement.
Education:
- High school graduate or equivalency preferred.

As a Motorrad Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnoses, repairs, and maintenance work for customer and dealership vehicles. You'll be at the forefront of innovative Motorcycle diagnostic technologies.
Receiving and carrying-out Repair Orders as dispatched
Performing diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs (using test plans, wiring diagrams etc.)
Providing labor, time, and parts estimates for repair services
Performing high quality and efficient repair services for various Motorcycle systems, including engine, steering, suspension, brakes in accordance with Dealer and Factory standards
Performing Quality Control checks for repaired vehicles to ensure repairs are complete
Completing all required paperwork and documentation for repair services
Maintaining organized, clean workspace and accounting for dealership and personal tools at all times
Communicating directly and efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Department Employees
Participating in continual Motorrad proprietary training/education programs to hone skills and develop expertise in industry leading Motorrad technologies and processes

Qualifications
At least 1-5 years of related mechanical / vehicular service & repair experience (Motorcycle / Powersport, Automotive, Heavy Equipment / Diesel, engine repair, etc.)
Passion for the Motorrad / Motorcycle riding lifestyle
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Demonstration of excellent mechanical, electrical, diagnostic and computer skills
Must be authorized to work in the USA without requiring sponsorship
Must have a Valid Driver's License with motorcycle endorsement

Job Title: Ag Operations Technician I Reports to: Ag Operations Manager

Position Summary:
The Ag Operations Technician I will work in collecting the waste to be used as fuel for the recovery facility. Strives to achieve high standards of safety and environmental integrity while maintaining maximum collection of fuel supply.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ASSIGNED FACILITIES AND DEPARTMENTS:
Assist in the operations of the collection and conditioning equipment in the collecting of the fuel supply.
Interact with farmers on the operation and collection of animal waste.
Follow all requirements necessary to comply with individual farmers biosecurity and general industry operations for the safe collection of animal waste.
Follow standard procedures to document animal waste collection volumes from individual farms.
Perform general maintenance on collection and conditioning equipment.
Follow all Montauk safety and environmental procedures during the collection and transportation of equipment and our operations at the farms.
Perform maintenance and housekeeping activities at company facilities.
Assist in the set up and take down of the process equipment.
Open and close valves at prescribed intervals to supply flush water to houses.
Notify Ag Operations Technician II of any issues with the equipment or process.
Assist in the preventative maintenance of assigned equipment.
Assist as directed in the pre-trip inspections of trucks and trailers set forth in DOT policy.
Other duties as required
Minimum Requirements:
High School or GED; technical training school.
Working knowledge of pumps, gauges, etc.
Ability to interact positively and effectively in a team environment.
Farms will be located the North Carolina and could potentially require < 10% travel
Candidates must have a flexible schedule and quick response time to meet the demands of the farms and recovery facility.
Must have a valid NC license with proper endorsements required by the State of NC.
