Will act as a mentor to the class I & II mechanics.

This Dealership offers:
Pay scale starting with an hourly rate based on outcome of an in house proficiency test. Part A is a written test of broad base mechanical/electrical knowledge. Part B is an in shop/hands on experience. Applicants will be given repair orders with tasks listed. The candidate will be able to demonstrate their critical thinking skills, trouble shooting ability, and attention to detail.
Techs are paid hourly plus time and a half overtime. In season, April through October, weekly hours total 48 and off season is reduced to 43.
Additionally techs are given an incentive bonus that will be based once a base line of capability has been established.
Paid personal leave: Year one 5 days, year two 8 days, year 4 13 days. All employees are given a week of pay for the week between Christmas and New Years, when the store is closed.
Company wide bonuses are awarded.(All boats rise with the tide) When the entire company does well, so do employees.
Paid training and travel expense when needed.
