Duties include but are not limited to the following: Mechanical Systems Maintenance & Repair Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC-R systems, including air handlers, chillers, rooftop units, CRAC units, exhaust systems, and ducting. Maintain and repair controlled temperature units (CTUs), including incubators, refrigerators, freezers, environmental chambers, and stability rooms. Facility & Grounds Maintenance Perform routine carpentry tasks, including repairs to doors, hardware, drywall, ceiling tiles, and cabinetry. Support painting, patching, and architectural maintenance to maintain GMP and non-GMP areas. Install or repair office fixtures such as shelving, brackets, casework, and ergonomic equipment. Maintain exterior facility components including walkways, lighting, signage, and safety features. Support snow/ice removal or seasonal maintenance where applicable.
