Appliance repair is a great trade to be in, but it can be a grind where techs can easily burn out. Most companies see their technicians as just a cog in their machine. To us, we value every one of our techs and have designed our business to focus on helping our techs succeed. We offer:
A normal work week. We are open Monday thru Friday. We do not work weekends nor in the evenings. Where other companies demand long hours, our techs work on average 40 hours a week. We do this because we want our techs to have time to enjoy their lives outside of work.
Great routing. All our technicians are dispatched remotely and whenever possible your work is based on a zone around/near where you live. Daily volumes are tailor fit to each technician and his capabilities (no more “You have to do XX stops per day to work here). Additionally, while a route is provided for you, we know that you know your area better than our office staff and we allow our techs to dictate the order the jobs are performed in an order that makes sense to you.
Technical support systems. While we do a variety of work (warranty, out of warranty, service contract, etc.) we are factory authorized for the brands we work on. This means our techs have full access to manufacturer tech support and all the technical tools they offer to us. Additionally, all our technicians are part of an internal “Tech Support” group to help each other with daily technical challenges.
Office support systems. We have a support staff to fully support you so that our techs can be techs and not admin people. You report what you did/what you need to do on repairs in our easy-to-use app, but all the behind-the-scenes stuff is taken care of for you. No searching for who has parts in stock, no calling companies for authorizations, ordering parts, claim filing, etc.
Make as much money as you want. Our systems are focused on efficiencies which help you to see more repairs, create more billing opportunities, and produce. The more you can produce (accurately), the more money you will make. If you are manageable and can follow systems, you will make good money here. Additionally, we have a monthly bonus program available.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
As an appliance repair technician, you'll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to dryers. In other words, you'll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances, portable appliances, mechanical work, as well as electrical work.
You'll deal with more than just appliances, though, as a repair technician, you'll have to deal with people, too.
Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude, have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, work adeptly with repair tools, be okay with lifting heavy machinery, and of course, be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.
Are you prepared to start your journey toward becoming an appliance technician?
If so, look through our open positions using the filters above!
This business is independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the independent business, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of said business.
