What does it take? 4+ years in TechOps/SysAdmin or Site Reliability roles supporting Windows & Linux in production. Hands-on SQL Serverexpertise (query tuning, Always On AG, maintenance plans). Strong Azurebackground: VMs, VNets, Functions, Storage, Monitoring, Defender, Policy. Scripting chops in Python (preferred)or PowerShell for automation and data wrangling.
