Job DescriptionDescription: Essential Job Functions Load and unload company vehicles Maintain appropriate stock on a truck to complete service repairs and double-check that material for the job is loaded before leaving the shop Install, repair, and maintain rooftop and ground-mount solar PV systems including: flashing, racking, module-level power electronics (Micro inverters/Optimizers), array wiring, and junction boxes Work on roofs, ladders, crawlspaces, attics, and other residential and commercial areas Manage, lead, train, and motivate a crew of 1-3 technicians Accurately pull material based on the construction plans Ability to test, commission, and troubleshoot system components Ability to read schematics and follow technical installation instructions Accurately upload required information to our work platform / CRM / and other applications Work in a fast-paced and demanding work environment Maintain a clean job site, work truck, and warehouse Competently install safety equipment and enforce safety policies Complete quarterly safety gear and tool audits on company vehicles Complete weekly vehicle inspection reports on company vehicles Report directly to the Senior Manager of Post Install with any job-related issues or employee issues Interact with clients in a respectful manner Perform other related duties as required Follow all company and safety policies and procedures Obtain OSHA 10 safety training (course provided by employer) Obtain 18-Hour Solar PV Boot Camp through HeatSpring (course provided by employer) Overnight travel will be required Requirements: Required skills and abilities Valid Drivers license Extensive knowledge of PV equipment and installation Be comfortable climbing a ladder and working on a roof Be comfortable with working outside in all weather conditions Good communication and interpersonal skills Great attention to detail Strong mechanical aptitude Team-orientated with proven leadership skills Good attitude with a willingness to learn Ability to maintain a professional attitude Ability to maintain company tools Minimum Qualifications Minimum 1-year experience as a solar installer Proficient with hand and power tools Ability to read blueprints and schematics Ability to lift to 50 lbs repetitively Ability to climb ladders and work on roofs up to a 45-degree pitch Insurance Approved driving record and driver's license required

About the Role Facilities Technicians contribute to the smooth and efficient production of lasers and laser systems by troubleshooting equipment and servicing facilities used to manufacture semiconductors and electronics. You will often be working in a clean room and in areas where high powered lasers are operating. Shift available: Monday-Friday 8A-4:30P Functions * Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed equipment, Assist with maintenance and repair of production equipment. * Ensure the efficient and prompt handling of all department work orders and requests. * Assembling and plumbing piping and duct work. * Troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical equipment. * Handling Chemicals used for semiconductor and electronics manufacturing. * Respond to emergencies. * Assist as required in cooperation with all personnel in the performance of general day-to-day duties and responsibilities. * Other duties as assigned. * Be available on call to respond to emergency situations pertaining to the System failure, water leaks, etc. Qualifications * Formal technical apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience. * Continuing education or vocational training preferred. * LME Electrician License preferred. * Training in CPR and/or First-Aid is desired. * Ability to operate a forklift. * Ability to read drawings and blueprints. * Hands-On experience with one or more of the following systems: HVAC, Ultrapure Water, Gas Distribution, Chemical Distribution, Waste Treatment, electrical, Life Safety Systems. * Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools. * Able to move and lift up to 50LB. * Basic knowledge of handling chemicals and the ability to understand SDS. * Experience with a computer-based software and building control systems preferred. * Communicate effectively both orally and writing. * Maintain detailed and accurate reports. * Must be self-motivated and customer service oriented. * Establish and maintain a good working relationship with contractors. * Comply with all safety procedures and requirements. This role ensures that maintenance and repair needs are promptly addressed, supporting tenant satisfaction and maintaining high property standards. Primary duties include conducting inspections, completing repairs, responding to emergencies, and managing work orders with accurate documentation.
