Ability to perform complicated mathematical calculations including circuit analysis utilizing Ohm's law, electrical load calculations, time constraints and power amplification equations.
Ability to read and draft mechanical drawings and electronic schematics.
Provides guest service according to Six Flags standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions.
Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Six Flags Safetyguidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.
Meets scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.

Building Permit Technician II:

Positions at this level receive only occasional instruction or assistance as new or unusual situations arise and are fully aware of the operating procedures and policies of the work unit.

Education:

About the Role
The Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and supporting the safe, efficient, and visually polished operation of our retail food & beverage stores. They report to the Facilities Manager and will work closely with the Senior Maintenance Technician. Pay: $75,000 - $100,000 (based on performance and experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday schedule

ABOUT THIS ROLE:
In this Branch 2 Lead Clean-Out Services Team Technician role, you will be the lead technician, working hands-on while also supervising, mentoring, and training a junior technician under your direct mentorship.
Lead a two-man cleanout services crew, ensuring quality and efficiency on every job.
Perform pest control cleanout services in both commercial and residential settings.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Follow strict Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles at all times.
Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism.
Report service details accurately and maintain necessary documentation.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
Valid Branch 2 Field Representative license
Valid Class C driver's license
5+ years of licensed driving experience with a clean driving record
Strong Integrated Pest Management (IPM) experience
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and stringent in managing regimented, document-heavy programs
Sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality
Strong leadership and communication skills
Willing to follow detailed protocols and maintain the highest standards of precision
Ability to train and mentor others effectively
