Anne offers deep expertise across a wide range of strategic and financial planning disciplines to Repertoire. Prior to joining the company, Anne led Global Real Estate Services and Strategic Initiatives for Bank of America, where she was responsible for strategic investments in real estate and technology, as well as operational initiatives and company-wide efforts to drive responsible growth, including Operational Excellence and Capital and Scenario Planning Processes. Anne was the Bank of America New York City President, and served on the company’s Management Committee. Earlier in her career, she served as Managing Director and Head of the U.S. Equity Capital Markets Syndicate for Bank of America Merrill Lynch following Bank of America’s acquisition of Merrill Lynch in 2009, where she began her career in 1996. A graduate of Harvard University, Anne earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University.

Jan has over 20 years of academic experience in molecular immunology and is the Chief Scientific Officer of Tepthera Ltd., a subsidiary of Repertoire Immune Medicine. He co-founded Tepthera Ltd. as a spin-off from the Institute for Molecular Health Science at the ETH Zurich, where he created platform technologies allowing for the efficient identification of the antigenic reactivity of T cells to provide the basis for personalized immunotherapies. He earned his PhD in cell biology from the Basel Institute for Immunology, University of Basel.

John joined Repertoire with more than 20 years of business and corporate development leadership experience at both small and large biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. At Repertoire, John leads the corporate and business development function.

John was most recently at Tmunity Therapeutics, a T cell, solid tumor therapeutics company where he served as VP, Corporate Development. In this role John led business development and contributed to the development of the overall corporate strategy. Before he joined Tmunity he was the Executive Director of Business Development and Licensing at Merck, and prior to this role he was at Novartis where he was a member of the Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research business development leadership team and led the search and evaluation group. Earlier in his career he had business development roles at Kalypsys and R&D and business development roles at Pharmacia. John received a PhD in Physiology from the University at Buffalo and an MBA from Maryville University of Saint Louis.

Ms. Celona previously served as Chief People Officer at Apellis Pharmaceuticals, where she was responsible for overseeing the strategy, development and execution of all aspects of the human resources and corporate communications functions. Prior to that she worked at Bioverativ where, as the Chief Human Resources and Communications Officer, she was instrumental in the formation of the company, directing matters relating to talent, organization design, culture, public affairs and employee communications. Prior to Bioverativ, she was at Biogen for 12 years holding numerous HR-related positions, including Vice President, Human Resources for Biogen’s Pharmaceutical Operations and Technology Organization. Ms. Celona has held numerous HR leadership positions in companies, such as Hewlett Packard and Philips Medical Systems. Ms. Celona received a B.A. in accounting from Bentley University and completed the Advanced HR Executive Program at the University of Michigan.
