We're looking for a analytical Replenishment Analyst to manage the reorder process by reviewing item level Buy Anytime, Auto delivery, and Waitlist activity along with the forecasted on-air sales to determine accurate size and color selling percentages before determining final purchase quantities and placing reorder. The analyst will work closely with Planning to determine appropriate size of reorders, Merchandising for new color selections and vendors to maintain reorder costs and delivery dates.
Your Impact
* Manages all aspects of inventory acquisition for assigned business areas. Optimizes inventory position and timeliness of shipments by actively managing all known demands for products.
* Determines appropriate units needed, by color and size, to support on-air, buy anytime, auto delivery and waitlist sales using historical analysis to anticipate customer ordering activity and places order accordingly.
* Manages and is responsible for the reorder purchase order process and places reorders using established vendor lead times whenever possible. Negotiates item cost and delivery timeframes with vendor prior to placing orders.
* Performs analysis of inventory position and makes recommendations of purchase order adjustments to maintain proper inventory levels to support long and short term sales initiatives.
* Responsible for all aspects of the replenishment process for assigned business categories. Monitors process workflow and task completion deadlines of all users of responsible areas to ensure timelines are met. Manages the core item replenishment process by analyzing all identified items on a monthly basis to ensure appropriate amount of inventory is in place to meet demands.
* Works closely with Planning and Merchandising to maintain a deep understanding of the business and stay connected to the short and long term strategies of assigned categories.

The Replenishment Analyst works within the Supply Chain department and reports to Replenishment Manager. The position is responsible for the planning, purchasing and analysis of the private label and third parties inventory. The person will work closely with different suppliers, Distribution Center, store managers, transportation, 3PL, and cross functional teams to accomplish team goals. The Analyst is also responsible for creating accurate SKU forecasts, developing the inventory and replenishment strategy, managing parameters for each category to execute the replenishment strategy, achieving target in-stock levels and planned inventory turns, and developing recommendations to improve inventory productivity.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Manage all aspects of supply planning for our private label business and third party products
+ Calculate and maintain the Sales Forecast per SKU within their assigned category/supplier
