Develop strategic activities, such as the creation of compelling content to position defined strategies for high-profile opportunities; process execution associated with timely completion; volume planning; and ongoing process enhancements. Provide the Sales team with consultative support on the development and execution of targeted and opportunity-specific strategies to enhance the company's competitive advantage. Utilize expert-level editorial, grammatical, and writing skills to ensure all written deliverables follow and demonstrate tactical, strategic, financial, and sales-capture decisions. Ensure project coordination (e.g., planning, scheduling, organizing, and coordination), follow-up correspondence, and reporting. Contribute to a collaborative environment where knowledge and experience is shared to build expertise and support other members to achieve aligned results. Strive toward an expert-level understanding of internal processes and nuances of subject matter expert departments to unite these deliverables and create a cohesive and competitively positioned proposal. Essential Background Requirements Education: A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent of years of experience. Qualifications: Minimum of five years related, professional experience, preferably in pharmacy benefit management, healthcare sales, and/or strategic proposal-related work.
