We are looking for a versatile and energetic journalist who can produce rapid-response investigations and enterprise reporting on the Trump administration, with a particular focus on stories relevant to a California audience, in addition to daily coverage of news out of Washington. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to develop original and ambitious journalism, as well as cover breaking news with clarity and depth under demanding deadlines. Previous experience covering government, and the ability to operate in a quick-paced multimedia environment, are strongly preferred.
