Pay Scale

Minimum 5 years of related experience writing for performance-marketing channels such as paid social (Meta), search (Google/Microsoft), streaming/CTV or display/affiliate.
Ability to write for both still image ads and video (scripts/storyboards) and to collaborate with designers and editors.
Strong understanding of performance metrics (click-through rate, conversion rate, cost-per-lead, ROAS) and how copy influences them.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with portfolio samples in paid media/ad copy format.
Experience working with data, comfortable reading media performance reports, extracting insights, and applying them to copy strategy.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with media buyers, designers, analytics/BI, web/dev.
Familiarity with generative AI or automation tools in copy production (e.g., text-to-variation, dynamic creative copy).
Experience adapting copy for multiple channels and formats, funnel stages, and audience segments.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns and high volume of assets.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is ($96,200 - $115,400) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
