Our firm breaks down the barriers between disciplines, drawing upon the expertise of the different teams-engineers, landscape architects, interior designers, planners-to find the best answers for each project. At every level, we've eliminated the traditional barriers to encourage collaboration and the flow of ideas. Every voice is heard. All input is valued. The focus is on the “we” not the “me” as we work with our clients and communities to develop projects that work better for people. At LPA, we offer competitive salaries and a robust benefits package-including health and dental insurance, retirement and financial planning, wellness initiatives, and flexible work/life programs. The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 and is eligible for an annual bonus.
