Department/Unit: Nursing Resources Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Salary Range: $60,367.47 - $90,551.20 Provides comprehensive administrative and technical support within the Department of Nursing Resources. Responsibilities include scheduling system administration, ensuring data integrity across financial, productivity, and operational measures, and managing data collection and analysis from multiple sources to identify trends and support departmental goals. The role serves as a liaison among Nursing, Finance, Payroll, Human Resources, Information Services, and other stakeholders throughout Albany Medical Center. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Serves as an expert in data sources and current reporting relating to the needs of Nursing Resources.
* Serves as both a consultant and technical expert for novel analytical and operational projects as needed.
* Provides maintenance for current reporting and operational projects implemented within Nursing Resources.
