Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or AI/ML development (utility or energy sector experience preferred). Hands on experience in SQL, Python/R, and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn, etc.). Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with utility data systems (e.g., SCADA, AMI, GIS, OMS) is a plus. Experience with energy forecasting, grid analytics, or DER (Distributed Energy Resources) modeling. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and MLOps practices.
