Year Up United is a one-year or less, intensive job training program that provides young adults with in-classroom skill development, access to internships and/or job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship. Year Up United participants also receive an educational stipend.
The program combines technical and professional training with access to internships and job placement support through our industry-leading talent placement firm YUPRO Placement. If you receive an internship, it may be at Bank of America, Exelon Corporation, or JP Morgan Chase, among other leading organizations in the Wilmington area.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
This position is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and reporting of Amtrak's Safety Performance. Partner with Operational Safety and frontline operations teams to identify, track, and analyze emerging safety trends.
Gather business requirements, analyze complex data sets, and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support accurate and actionable reporting of Amtrak's safety performance.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Safety Performance, collaborating cross-functionally with departments across Amtrak to ensure alignment and data integrity.
Support the development and documentation of new safety processes and procedures, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making.

Primary Function:

Job Description
