General Overview The Data & Reporting Analyst (DRA) is a key member of the technology / operations team. The DRA works with business and technology stakeholders to understand processes, data, and functional requirements to better leverage technology applications, improve efficiency and enhance reporting. Serve as business partner to assigned functional teams to understand and define needs and develop solutions to improve efficiency and deliver high value analysis, insight, and reporting for internal and external constituents. Create, implement, and maintain data connections, tools, workflows, and automation to create efficiencies. Serve as backup to the Data and Reporting Manager. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance, economics, or related field. Minimum 3 years experience in technology, family office, wealth management, or professional services with demonstrated success managing data, analysis, and projects. Experience with data warehouse design, maintenance, data models, governance, and tools. Experience creating data visualizations and data modeling in Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Proficiency in SQL and relational database principles, data queries, and manipulation. Experience connecting, extracting, normalizing, and analyzing large sets of data Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite tools, particularly Excel (macros, graphs, charts, large data sets). This position provides technical and administrative support to APTIM's HOMES and HEAR Programs.
