Uses formal processes for data gathering and analysis of financial data relative to preparation of required filings. Responsibilities
  • Supports and coordinates regulatory reporting for the company.

  • Supports new business initiatives and ensures proper regulatory treatment, impact, and data availability. Represents regulatory reporting in working groups and peer calls.

  • Monitors and researches regulatory requirements and updates. Ensures compliance with reporting requirements. Understands how changes may impact reporting.

  • Prepares and manages regulatory reporting. Researches new requirements and determines reporting impacts. Communicates changes and implementation plans to management. Assists with questions from regulators by drafting responses. Leads aspects of regulatory exams.

  • Assists with the review and maintenance of policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here s what we need from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in Financial Reporting, Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, Financial Analyst, or related field

  • In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Financial Reporting, Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, or related field

Job Description:

Qualifications
