Purpose - This position is responsible for accurately entering load, rate, and invoice information into the company's billing systems. This role ensures that customers are billed correctly and on time by reviewing driver paperwork, confirming rate details, and preparing information for the accounting department. The position supports the financial health of the trucking operation by maintaining accurate, organized, and up-to-date billing records.
