Position Overview The Asset Management Analyst role is ideal for a highly analytical professional with strong Excel skills, a solid understanding of financial statements, and a keen interest in commercial real estate-particularly net lease investments. This individual will work closely with the Vice President of Asset Management and the broader asset management and investment team to monitor property and tenant performance, maintain financial models, underwrite credit memos and support internal and external reporting.
