The Production Analyst is responsible for analyzing and maintaining daily and monthly production reports. This role will be required to file monthly regulatory forms for oil, gas, and fresh /saltwater systems and will need to communicate daily with third-party representatives to ensure the accuracy of volumetric data. In addition, the Production Analyst will need to consistently look for ways to develop process improvements.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to managers and engineers in all stages of development, analysis and presentation of data using knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, and other software
Generate high-quality reports and presentations for departmental and upper management use
Perform trend analysis
Create queries in various software and generate reports as needed
Import/maintain production data (oil/gas/water)
Provide production data and reports in conjunction with company policies and procedures
Responsible for loading, verifying, manipulating, analyzing, and reporting data into various databases and software applications
Prepare and analyze monthly gas and oil data from reporting services to provide accurate data to other Business Units and regulatory agencies
Review daily new wells data and production to assist field offices in maintaining the accuracy of delivery systems and allocation
Generate reports and provide information to internal clients and regulatory agencies as needed
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in quantitative subjects such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Accounting or Finance
Three (3+) years of industry experience as a Production Analyst
Three (3+) years of advanced Excel experience, creating and configuring VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Sum IF formulas and charts
Ability to perform data mining across multiple platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum One (1+) year of experience using ProCount, Carte, eVIn, Spotfire, and SAP
Experience within the oil and gas industry

Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with trends in data analytics and the AEC industry to propose new methods and techniques for better data analysis and reporting.
Recommend improvements to existing data systems and processes to increase efficiency and enhance reporting capabilities.
Client Relationship Management:
Act as a key point of contact for clients with regard to project data and reporting, providing them with regular updates and insights as required.
Support the Program Management department in driving client satisfaction by ensuring data-driven decision-making and presenting information that supports client goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the AEC or program management industry.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel, Power BI, or similar data and visualization software.
Solid understanding of project management processes and terminology in the AEC industry.
Experience presenting data findings clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders, including clients and executive teams.

Job Purpose
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager / SEC Reporting to join our Accounting team. This role requires an aptitude for thought leadership who will help build a capable team with responsibility for SEC and oversight of external and internal financial reporting and collaborate with the accounting team on technical accounting matters.

* Manage the timely and accurate preparation of all external financial reports, including reports filed with the SEC on Form 10-Q, 10-K, ensuring financial statements are in accordance with US GAAP

HOW A CYBER SECURITY ANALYST ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Be a part of a security team supporting an Enterprise level unified communications program with facilities in all 50 states and territories
Entry level security analyst supporting 24x7 security operations center (SOC) monitoring and incident response (IR), and assisting with building, auditing, and documenting secure IT infrastructure(s).
Monitor and analyze Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Security Information and Event Monitoring systems (SIEM) to identify security issues for remediation.
Recognize suspicious/malicious intrusion attempts and compromises through reviews and analyses of relevant event detail and summary information.
Assist in conducting investigations of information systems security violations and incidents, reporting as necessary to management.
Prepare incident reports of analysis methodology and results.
Communicate alerts to agencies regarding intrusions/ compromises/security or policy violations to/on their network infrastructure, applications, and operating systems.
Assist in conducting security audits to ensure that systems are being operated securely, and information systems security policies and procedures are implemented as defined in security plans.
Assist with identifying system vulnerabilities and system compliance with security and privacy regulations, laws, and contractual requirements through monitoring of vulnerability scanning devices, and tracking remediation actions.
Assist with maintaining security documentation and periodic security reporting and metrics.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Qualifications: Degree in a related IT discipline. Experience may substitute for degree.
Ideal candidate will have Sec+/A+/Network+ certification or equivalent. Must be willing to get Sec+ certified within 6 months of hiring.
Additional training will be provided to new hires.
Requires shift work (6a-2p CST, 2-10p CST, or 10p-6a CST) including Sunday or Saturday.

The likely salary range for this position is $56,680 - $71,875. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Position Summary
Arrow Alliance Industries is seeking two experienced Housing Program Analysts to support the U.S. Department of the Interior's Division of Facilities Management and Construction (DFMC). The analysts will contribute to vital housing assessments, reconciliation of facility systems, and training development to enhance management of government-owned housing across Indian Affairs.
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on housing programs supporting 567 federally recognized tribes and a population of 1.9 million American Indian and Alaska Natives.

Key Responsibilities
Data Reconciliation
- Reconcile data across Maximo, Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) reports, and iQMIS systems (approx. 183 reports).
- Identify and categorize discrepancies (BIA, BIE, OJS, Tribal, Central Office, Other).
- Perform up to 12 in-person regional site visits for verification.
Rental Rate Evaluation
- Assess approx. 2,315 IA-owned housing units.
- Evaluate current rental rates and categorize as appropriate, too high, or too low.
- Provide recommended rate adjustments and justification.
Training and Capacity Building
- Develop a comprehensive training plan for IA housing managers.
- Collaborate with BIA Regions and BIE to identify best practices and create training modules.
Qualifications
Required:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree in public policy, business administration, urban planning, housing studies, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in housing analysis or facilities data reconciliation
- Experience with federal facility management systems (Maximo, FCA, iQMIS)
- Strong analytical, report writing, and communication skills
Preferred:
- Familiarity with tribal housing policies or experience working with indigenous communities
- Experience developing training or operational improvement plans
- Prior government contracting experience
