Position Summary
The role of this position is to fulfill Operations Reporting duties for all stores within their group, freeing up the Operations teams the time to include additional Customer Facing duties that support Store Sales.

Position Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for the daily reporting of Store Operations TeamsContact all guests at least once daily to maintain less than 2% Pending Paid Committed as reported daily by the Retail Business AnalystProactively find solutions to fulfillment issues by contacting partners in the Special-Order Group and purchasing the as soon as an order goes past its lead time Work with DC Partners ensuring orders are invoiced upon item delivery Work with IT partners to ensure technical issues do not prevent an order from being invoiced.Open RMA Analysis and reporting Open RMAs maintained at less than 14 days, or when Special Orders/Back Orders become available, whichever is the longer period, excluding MXD orders, maintained to less than 90 days.Per SOP and guidelines, disposing Store Credit in close cooperation with the store Include analysis of, and, Customer Adjustments as needed to close out Accounts Receivable Orders. Works closely with the OM and GM to ensure proper store approvals are received Commercial Trade Sign-ups - Thursday and Monday validation of Refund Checks {RFCKs}Works closely with guests when contacting them on all points listed above This team, in the process of working the points listed above, will routinely find it necessary to assist guests in using funds that may be available to them. This may include Warranty funds, which must be used on other merchandise, to Store Credit generated from an RMA, which could otherwise be disposed without our assistance.Ability to work weekends and most holidays Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Previous retail experience in a direct guest interactive environment required; “Big Box” experience preferred, Light Bookkeeping experience, Strong math skills.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in Microsoft Office programs including Word & Excel.

Manages the production and quality of the external reporting process. Assigned business/business partner areas are large and highly complex. Incumbent demonstrates extensive knowledge of regulatory reporting best practices and a specialized understanding with the corporate process standards established globally.

* Responsible for developing data, gathering processes and procedures, supporting analytics, and reporting controls with an emphasis on data lineage and data quality reporting. Recognized throughout the organization as the external reporting point of contact for a particular business/business partner areas.

* Gathers and reports useable, accurate and timely financial information for the entire spectrum of the reporting process to external reporters ensuring accuracy and correctness and transforms data where needed. In partnership with management, establishes the regulatory reporting strategy for the business/business partner area and is accountable for ensuring the implementation of that strategy.

* Leverages complex regulatory reporting techniques to achieve business objectives. Designs, builds and drives implementation activities to develop a common end-state reporting process in support of their direct supervisor and the global process owners.

* Sustains the integrity of the reporting process and addresses highly-complex external reporting matters associated with the process. Uses existing strategic relationships to influence at all levels of the organization. Liaises with internal and external regulators to ensure compliance to prescribed standards.

Preferred Skills:

* Preferred candidate will have extensive experience working with financial data from a data lineage and data quality perspective. The role will require coordination across data providers and consumers to ensure that the data provided meets stringent quality standards. This role will lead multiple data initiatives from onboarding to remediation. SQL and Python coding experience preferred. Knowledge of data querying and visualization tools a must (Jupyter, Power BI, Oracle SQL developer, Visio, Excel, Tableau etc)
