Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Experience: 3-5 years sales experience, real estate background preferred. Knowledge and Skills: Self-starter with good follow-through skills Social Media Savvy; proficient with establishing and maintaining a marketing database platform Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook Possess working knowledge of RESPA and other federal, state and industry compliance requirements Strong customer service, communication, organization and analytical skills with attention to detail. Other (licenses, certifications, schedule flexibility/OT, travel, etc.): Notary Public Certification Preferred Possess and maintain valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
