To accomplish this, alterations to the existing CDC building and its site will be necessary and included in the Scope Of Work.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide technical assistance and support to CO during construction.
Read, interpret and understand the construction contract plans and specifications.
Arrange, coordinate, attend, and facilitate a variety of meetings, including weekly meetings at the project site.
Document issues encountered and problems experienced with the construction contractor.
Review contractor's baseline and progress schedules.
Draft project related correspondence.
Understand and document inspections during and post construction as well as mock-up inspections.
Inspect the work of the construction contractor for progress, workmanship, quality and conformance with contract documents, applicable building codes and safety standards.
Deliver reports, reviews, evaluations, and design work to Government Contracting Officer (GCO).
Review and process Construction Contractor's RFIs and assist in resolution, draft response, tracking, and follow up.
Coordinate on-site staff assignment
Provide technical review of proposed modifications to the contract and make recommendations to the GCO.
Maintain records and files of correspondence, site conference reports, shop drawings, RFIs, addenda, change orders, and supplementary drawings issued subsequent to award of the construction contract.
Coordinate with the construction contractor's quality control (inspection) personnel in accordance with NFC 46-12 -- Inspection of Construction.
Required Education, Knowledge and Skills:
An accredited degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering (structural, mechanical, civil, or electrical) with a minimum of 10 years of practical field experience
Minimum of OSHA 30-hour construction safety training required.
Knowledge and experience with construction practices including applicable building codes, applicable safety regulations
Knowledge of cost estimating with breakdown of labor, materials and equipment costs for proposed construction contract modifications.
Ability to evaluate payment requests
Ability to read and interpret plans, schedules, and other specifications.
Written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
Knowledge of software including MS Teams, MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, ProjectTeam, Primavera, MS Project, and any other software programs typically utilized
Maintain a valid driver's license.
Qualified applicant must be able to pass a background check.

Properly identifies the patient to ensure medical record numbers are not duplicated.

Obtains referral, authorization and pre-certification information; documents this information in the ADT system and submits notices of admission when necessary.
Verifies medical necessity check has been completed for outpatient services. If not completed and only when appropriate, uses technology tool to complete medical necessity check and/or notifies patient that an ABN will need to be signed. Identifies payer requirements for medical necessity.
Verifies patient liabilities with payers, calculates patient's payment, and requests payment at the time of registration.
Identifies any outstanding balance due from previous visits, notifies patient and requests patient payment.
Sets up payment plans for patients who cannot pay their entire current copayment and/or past balance in one payment.
Thoroughly and accurately documents the conversation with the patient regarding financial liabilities and agreement to pay.
When collecting patient payments, follows department policy and procedure regarding applying payment to the patient's account and providing a receipt for payment.
Clarifies division of financial responsibility if payment for services is split between a medical group and an insurance company. Ensures this information is clearly documented in the ADT system.

Documents the referral to the Patient Registration Specialist in the ADT system.
Provides financial clearance services to self-pay patients prior to discharge or within 24-business hours.

Actively promote store specials and other marketing programs.
Cross-check price of delivered goods for accuracy.

Observe local law requirements in activating and filling vehicle fuel tanks with gasoline or diesel fuel to specified levels. (Oregon only)
