THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Call Center Representative will be responsible for answering inbound calls for customers within their region, utilizing automotive aftermarket cataloging and parts knowledge to complete customer orders. The representative will need to be customer service driven and have the ability to search for product across the region, internal or external to satisfy their customer's needs. The Call Center Representative will report directly to the Regional Sales Director and will be held accountable to daily, monthly and yearly individual sales goals. The role will require collaboration with branch managers to ensure service expectations of the customer base as well as strategic planning with Outside Sales Representatives to help build their book of business to meet sales expectations.
