As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for delivering industry-leading service by ensuring the timely and accurate entry of all inbound leads. Answering inbound calls, you'll be speaking with traditional agents and brokers to assist in them providing product options for their end clients. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, consistent dependability, and a collaborative mindset. Qualifications
