ITW Deltar Fasteners is a large division within the Automotive Segment and serves all the major OEMs and their tier suppliers with plastic fasteners. Locations include: Frankfort, IL; Chippewa Falls, WI and our Commercial Sales and Engineering in Troy, MI.

Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative reports to the Customer Service Supervisor. The major areas of responsibility are: Coordinates customer service related activity for the operations to ensure on-time shipment of product to customer. Reviews customer/vendor/internal department correspondence on day-to-day occurrences to react to customer demands.
Primary Responsibilities
* Proactive daily communication with customer and production to ensure on-time shipment of product and problem resolution
* Process hardcopy purchase orders and part releases
* Develop and maintain good working relationships with both internal and external customers
* Collaborate with various internal departments as needed
* Utilization of various reports to manage customer requirements
* Maintain accurate customer data
* Maintain current knowledge and understanding of customer specific requirements and systems
