BUILDING REPRESENTATIVE - LA CROSSE CENTER: The City of La Crosse is seeking to fill a full-time Building Representative position at La Crosse's premier convention site and entertainment destination for concerts, conventions, trade shows, entertainment, and sporting events. Position is responsible to prepare the La Crosse Center for events by providing set-up and tear down, general building and grounds custodial duties, snow removal, routine building maintenance tasks and providing lead janitor/maintenance guidance to a casual labor staff.
Requirements: Candidates shall have a high school diploma or equivalent, with two years progressively responsible janitorial/maintenance experience, or any combination of education and experience which provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities. Previous experience in a leadership role is desirable. Valid driver's license required. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule of various work hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays. This position will mostly work during the evenings/over-nights. Starting wage for this non-exempt position is $24.07 per hour (80 hours bi-weekly). Shift differential of .50 per hour for hours worked in evening/over-night.

**Responsibilities**
The Registration Representative may be responsible for the accurate check-in/admissions of incoming patients in the hospital setting as well as ED setting, this can include both in person and phone/virtual registrations. Records all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using CCC One notes and selecting the appropriate communication type.
Confirms car rental information and updates CCC One with rental car usage information.
Manage ARMS (automated rental management system) throughout the day to ensure all vehicles appearing in the ARMS system are also noted in CCC One.

Estimates date of delivery to customer
Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries
Check backorders to determine ship date
Update customer information in system and accurately build a Customer Profile for accounts in & out of their region (meaning they double check all customer information based on contact rather than only assigned accounts).
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experienced working in customer service & account management
Flexible, energetic, forward-thinking, and creative with high moral and ethical standards
High analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
Well organized and self-directed
Able to relate to people at all levels of the organization in a positive fashion
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; working knowledge of computer applications
Good V-Twin / S&S product knowledge
High school graduate
2-3 year prior customer service experience

As a Temp Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the Sales Operations department supporting the Warranty Supervisor. **What's the Job?**
+ Communicate with end consumers regarding warranty claims via phone and email.
+ Provide answers to general and technical product questions with a focus on bat warranties.
+ Update consumer emails regarding return statuses and ensure timely order shipping.
+ Process new return labels and check return statuses for customers.
+ Coordinate with the warehouse team to expedite and prioritize orders as needed.
