As a Sales Representative at Stryker, you will be at the forefront of promoting and selling our Emergency Care products, with a focus on Fire Emergency Medical Services solutions, to pre-hospital providers. **What you will do**
+ Continue experience in sales or clinical setting.
+ Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care products to meet our customers' needs.
+ Achieve your assigned quota by taking a consultative approach to Pre-Hospital sales, marketing, clinical and demonstrations of all related Fire/Emergency Medical Services products and programs.
+ Become the resident Emergency Care expert as you work with a sophisticated audience of fire chiefs, medical directors, clinical instructors and administrators. Your knowledge not only of your own products, but of competitors' offerings, builds credibility with your customers.

Manages wrong/defective parts by initiating a return of the wrong part, crediting the customer for the returned part, identifying the part that is needed, and ordering it.
Manages online orders for parts by connecting with the customer, identifying the issue, refunding the incorrect part, and ordering the correct part.
Builds constructive relationships with customers and asks for referrals.
Interacts with customers to ensure they are highly satisfied with the service they received.
Conducts themselves as professionals in appearance, language, attitude, etc. in order to promote a favorable image of the Company.
Collaborates with the Assistant Sales Manager to establish sales goals and meets or exceeds the goals.
Generates profitable sales orders and relationships by asking questions to build rapport and assess needs, accurately reading the customer, and providing accurate information.
Daily Administrative Functions
Collects basic account information to facilitate setting up new customers, and updating existing customer information.
Enters orders into the computer system to include customer information, products, quantity, pricing, delivery date, and shipping information.
Maintains a daily sales log which includes lost sales, and completes a weekly sales report for the Assistant Sales Manager.
Runs credit card authorizations.
Accounting Support
Supports the collection of past due accounts and COD's.
Assists with discrepancies on customer accounts.
Develops Sales Knowledge
Attends and participates in sales meetings.
Attends product seminars and sales training.
Develops an understanding of company software.
Other Duties
Complies with company Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) program.
Completes all required documentation promptly and in its entirety.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
Implements standard ATS processes for the customers repairable parts management and identifies opportunities for process improvement at customer site(s)
Identifies, captures, and processes repairable parts at the customers site(s)
Maintains warranty information for all repairable parts at the customers site
Serves as the liaison between the repair service centers and the customer(s), providing on-site customer service to include tasks such as providing quotes, securing customer approval, and updating both parties on status of repairs
Documents and presents cost savings opportunities to the customer(s)
Develops relationship with key customer employees and uses knowledge to grow business within the site(s)
Prepares and presents metrics and reporting to customer(s) and manager
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Behaviors Required:
High school diploma or GED
Previous experience working in a factory environment
Strong customer service skills
Basic sales and persuasion skills
Ability to recognize part numbers and to distinguish among different types of parts on a basic level
Proficiency with computers and basic inventory/maintenance applications
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, or sit for long periods of time. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. The employee is regularly required to use close vision. Work is typically performed in a factory environment and is usually very loud. In the factory environment, the employee may be exposed to hazardous materials and/or greasy or slippery factory floors.
