Responsibilities: Provide high level service by responding promptly to customer requests, ensuring efficient job completion, conducting routine site visits and developing customer intimacy by serving as the main point of contact for all prospective and existing customers. Perform monthly COGS reviews of certain service areas to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial results while finding ways to maximize gross profit.
